Chief of Staff

We're looking for someone who gets bored doing just one thing.

This role is part recruiter, part product thinker, part founder's shadow, part firefighter.

One week you'll help hire our next backend engineer.

The next you'll argue over product flows.

Then you'll build decks, chase metrics, speak to customers and somehow still find time to make the office a better place.

We don't care about fancy titles.

We care if you can figure things out.

I f you're the kind of person who says,

"I'll take it, I'll figure it out,"

we should probably talk.

You'll fit right in if you:

• Love building teams more than managing them.
• Can turn half-baked ideas into shipped products.
• Think recruitment is a growth function.
• Want to learn fundraising from the inside.
• Enjoy solving problems nobody has a playbook for.
• Can connect or cold call any one on LinkedIn or so

We're not looking for a Chief of Staff.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build Sugary from the first few chapters.
