Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our company’s technology strategy and future roadmap. In this executive role, you will be the driving force behind our Research & Development (R&D) direction, ensuring our technology infrastructure aligns seamlessly with our long-term business goals. You will focus entirely on high-level strategy, innovation, and scaling our technical capabilities to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Formulate and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy and technical roadmap.
• R&D Direction: Lead the exploration of emerging technologies and oversee strategic R&D initiatives to drive product innovation.
• Executive Leadership: Partner with the CEO and board members to align technology investments with commercial growth and corporate objectives.
• Architecture & Governance: Establish high-level technical architecture, security standards, and compliance frameworks for our platforms.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage strategic partnerships, cloud vendors, and third-party tech integrations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical leadership, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS and Fintech industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical Vision: Proven track record of designing scalable system architectures and leading R&D projects from conception to launch.
• Strategic Mindset: Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at an executive level.
