Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are technology company building scalable digital platforms and operational systems for global clients. We operate with a strong focus on product excellence, engineering quality, speed of execution, and operational clarity.

As we scale our platform across markets, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to own the technical direction, architecture, and engineering execution of the company. This role exists to ensure we build the right things, the right way, fast enough to compete.

The CTO is both a technical leader and a business partner. You set the engineering standard, make architecture decisions, and ensure the tech team delivers with quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture across all platforms and products
• Set and maintain engineering standards - code quality, security, scalability, and reliability
• Lead and develop the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
• Drive technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and long-term scalability
• Own platform uptime, infrastructure, and incident response standards
• Align engineering capacity and priorities with product and business goals
• Identify and resolve technical debt, risks, and bottlenecks before they become blockers
• Build a high-performance engineering culture - high standards, fast delivery, continuous learning
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies that improve capability or efficiency
• Represent technical strategy and risks to the executive team and board

Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Hands-on background - has built and shipped products, not just managed engineers
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams and platforms in a fast-moving environment
• Strong architecture knowledge across web, mobile, backend, and infrastructure
• Able to bridge technical and business conversations - translates complexity into clarity
• High standards - sets the bar and holds the team to it
