Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the company's technology strategy, AI transformation, and large-scale engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI strategy and drive the adoption of AI technologies across products and platforms.
• Build and scale enterprise AI and data platforms to create sustainable competitive advantages.
• Design and standardize modern system architecture with high scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Establish and govern enterprise data platforms to support AI and business decision-making.
• Lead engineering teams, build technical capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to strengthen the company's competitive position.

Requirements

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CTO (or equivalent) in a large technology company with 500+ software engineers .
• Proven experience building and operating large-scale systems serving millions of users and hundreds of thousands of enterprise customers .
• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with hands-on experience building AI products or integrating AI into enterprise software.
• Solid experience in technology strategy, system architecture, cloud platforms, data platforms, and engineering leadership .
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, creativity, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience presenting at executive meetings, conferences, or technology seminars.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a product-driven technology company .
• Experience leading large engineering organizations through digital transformation and AI adoption.
