- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 0830 – 1730

Experience
Sales Commercial & Negotiation, Business Development Operation:- 5 years ISO Tank Industry:
- 5 years Related Chemical Logistics Environment:
- 5 years
Qualifications
- Diploma and/or Bachelor Degree in any Management disciplines related to ISO Tank Industry
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new leasing opportunities across S.E.A.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through contract execution
- Develop and execute customer-specific growth plans
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key customers
- Understand of customer’s business models, fleet requirements and growth plans
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new market opportunities y geography, product segment and customer type
- Support regional marketing initiatives and commercial campaigns
- Monitor market developments, customer activity, competitor strategies and trade flows
- Analyze market trends, growth and potential risks to support forecasting and business planning activities
- Support pricing decisions through financial and commercial analysis
- Understand lease economics, asset utilization and return-on-investment drivers
- Prepare visit reports, commercial updates and support board reporting
Requirements
- Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills
- Comfortable in customer-facing and on-the-road roles
- Comfortable to travel across Asia to visit customers and attend trade shows, 15%-25%
- Team Player, Service & Hands-On Minded, High-Integrity and Pragmatic
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details
- Proficient in Office 365 and affinity CRM
- Good Communication Skills in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with China Chinese associates
