I. Scope of Work

• Participate in consulting projects across management consulting , fundraising advisory , and wealth management .
• Conduct market research , industry analysis , financial analysis and business research to identify market trends, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic recommendations.
• Prepare documents such as service proposals , service agreements , and other consulting materials.
• Coordinate project activities by tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Facilitate client meetings and other stakeholder discussions, follow up on action items , and coordinate project activities to support project delivery.
• Take part in fundraising projects by preparing Data rooms , Financial models and other business assessment materials required for the deals.
• Assess clients' business operations and financial management as part of management consulting projects .
• Take part in management consulting projects by individually build, finetune and present deliverables to clients.
• Participate in startup and innovation ecosystem events , engaging with founders, investors, and industry professionals to support project and business development opportunities.

III. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics , or other related disciplines.
• Up to 4 years of relevant experience ; prior exposure to consulting, corporate finance, audit, investment banking, startups, or fundraising is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure information and communicate ideas clearly.
• Solid foundation knowledge in business and finance ; experience in financial modeling is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace software ecosystem .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in a consulting environment.
