Customer Support Specialist - Logistics (Remote, 25 - 30K PHP)

About the role

Boxaroo Europe is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to own our shipment-issue resolution process from end to end. You'll be the connecting point between our customers and our carrier partners. Spotting problems before they escalate, communicating directly with customers, and driving investigations with carriers until every case is closed. This is a resolution-owner role, not a ticket-answering one: you'll manage your own caseload and have real authority to act.

What you'll do

- Monitor shipment tracking daily to catch exceptions (delays, damage, lost packages, customs holds) before customers have to ask

- Own first and ongoing communication with customers. Proactive, clear, and reassuring

- Open and chase investigations directly with our carrier partners until resolved

- Execute resolutions within an agreed timeframe

- Maintain a running log of cases and produce a weekly summary of issue trends and carrier performance

What we're looking for

- Strong written English. You'll be drafting customer-facing messages directly

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, specifically within logistics, shipping and order fulfilment

- Comfortable holding a case open and following up persistently with carriers. This role needs someone who chases, not just responds

- Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage an open caseload without daily oversight

- Good judgment on what to resolve independently vs. flag upward

Nice to have: prior experience customer service and with carrier platforms (UPS, DHL, or similar) or e-commerce/fulfillment operations.

Compensation

25,000–30,000 PHP/month, depending on experience - top of range for candidates with direct carrier-claims experience.
