JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview of the Merchandise Analyst, Global Content role

The eCommerce team is responsible for delivering a superior site experience for the customer, using data and customer insights to deliver easy, inspiring product discovery and helpful, intuitive, content-rich product pages.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless, friction-free, shopping experience online. To do this, you will be responsible for:

EDM

  • Perform EDM coding and linking (following an effective linking strategy) - responsible for slicing edm artwork, inserting the correct links and converting into html email templates using Figma and Dreamweaver

Social Media

  • Execution of organic social media posting based on 360 strategy set by site manager

  • Review curalate for domestic imagery that supports strategy and brand marketing goals by season

  • Posting in meta business manager across IG & FB, focusing on static posts, reels and some cross brand support for collabs

  • Cross brand, cross market collaboration and alignment on posts, copy and linking

  • Weekly/Monthly reporting and analysis of organic social posting results

Content

  • Support content pages/landing pages/homepage builds (including issuing and following up on tickets for tech team)

  • Update sitewide and supercat banners

  • Homepage Navigation

  • Create/build out category pages/collection pages/collaboration pages

  • Tag products on lookbook via Curalate

  • Update store events/delivery cut-offs/terms & conditions
  • Manage cross-brand content execution in alignment with business strategies and campaign priorities.
  • Execute content across desktop, mobile, and app, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Conduct site clean-up work

  • Other projects as assigned

Criteria:

  • Min tertiary qualification and 2 years of e-commerce or related experience

  • Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions

  • Strong affinity for the products and brands

  • Proven analytical, business planning, and organizational skills

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, fast pace, and a changing environment

  • Experience working in a global business and across multiple time zones

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Intermediate Excel skills (working knowledge with pivot tables and v-lookups)
