India builds the world's best software and AI, then waits for referrals while the business quietly dies. We fix that. Illuminate exists to connect 10,000+ software and AI companies with their ideal buyers through world-class authority and conversation systems on LinkedIn, and this role is the engine that makes every one of those connections actually happen.
What You'll Own
Not "assist with." Own. These three numbers carry your name, reviewed directly with the founder:
1. Client retention above 85%.
You run a book of 6 to 8 client engagements. Clients leave agencies because of missed posts, silent weeks, weak outbound, or feeling unheard. All of these sit with you, which means retention sits with you.
2. 100% on-time delivery. Zero misses.
No client account ever goes silent. Every approved post published on time. Every report presented on schedule. Every monthly discovery call and biweekly check-in held on time. Every daily engagement and outbound block completed. Illuminate sells consistency, and one silent week undoes a month of momentum.
3. Every client at or above their monthly booked-call target.
Booked calls are what clients pay for. You build the prospect lists, write the message flows, manage every reply, and hand the client each booked call with day, time, and prospect details the moment it lands. Weekly rhythm per account: 200 connection requests, 40% acceptance, 30% replies, 2 to 3 quality calls booked.
The work behind these numbers spans the full engagement, foundation to renewal:
-
Foundation:
Rapidly decode each client's business, craft their offer, lock their ICP, build the right lead magnet for their market, and fully optimize their LinkedIn profile (banner, headline, About, Featured, Experience) so everything downstream converts.
-
Content:
Extract raw updates from founders through sharp questions, turn them into scroll-stopping posts in their exact voice, design creatives, and run everything through the approval flow: founder first, then client, always.
-
Engagement and outbound:
Daily engagement SOPs in the client's voice. ICP-accurate lists via Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Boolean search. Warm-up sequences, message flows that book calls, and reply management so tight no thread ever goes cold.
-
Client calls:
A monthly discovery call with every client to keep content sharp and authentic, and a biweekly check-in where you walk them through the numbers and flag what needs re-optimization: copy, ICP, content mix, or strategy.
-
Reporting:
Trackers updated as work happens, never reconstructed later. Numbers ready before any client asks.
What You'll Learn
This is the closest thing to a founder apprenticeship you'll find without starting a company:
-
The full B2B growth stack, end to end.
Offer crafting, positioning, profile conversion, content, engagement, outbound, and reporting for real founders selling real six and seven figure deals. Most marketers spend 5 years touching one of these. You'll run all of them in year one.
-
How to dissect any business fast.
Every new client is a crash course in a new industry: its structure, its buyers, its pain points. You'll build the rare skill of walking into any B2B market and knowing what a compelling offer looks like within days.
-
How founders actually think.
You'll sit across from CEOs of IT, AI, and SaaS companies every month on discovery calls, extracting their stories, steering their strategy, and watching how deals really get made.
-
Sales psychology in the wild.
Every outbound flow you write is a live experiment in what makes a CTO reply. You'll learn conversion the way it can't be taught in courses: by shipping and measuring daily.
-
Running the room.
Biweekly reporting calls where you walk a founder through numbers, hold ground with data when they get jumpy, and steer the conversation with confidence. Client leadership is a career-long asset, and you'll build it fast.
-
Direct mentorship from the founder.
No layers. Your work gets reviewed by the person who built the system, and feedback loops are measured in hours, not quarterly reviews.
Where This Goes
We're building toward 10,000+ companies served. That doesn't happen with one fulfillment person, it happens with the person who was here first leading the function.
-
Months 0 to 10: Fulfillment Lead.
Master the engine across your 6 to 8 accounts. Prove the three numbers.
-
Months 10 to 18: Senior AM / Head of Fulfillment.
Own the delivery playbook itself. Help hire and train the next AMs as the client book grows.
-
Beyond: Delivery leadership.
As Illuminate scales, the person who ran fulfillment when it was hard becomes the person who leads it when it's big, with compensation and equity conversations that reflect that.
You'll grow exactly as fast as the numbers you own. No tenure politics, no waiting for someone to retire.
Compensation
Base plus performance, because we pay for outcomes, not attendance.
-
Base:
₹3 - 4 LPA
-
Zero-miss bonus:
₹3,000/month when your book hits 100% on-time delivery: posts, reports, calls, daily engagement KPIs, everything
-
Call-target bonus:
₹1,000/month per client hitting their booked-call target (8 clients = ₹8,000)
-
Renewal bonus:
2.5% of every renewed engagement in your book, paid the month the client re-signs. With a full book on staggered terms, that's 1 to 2 renewals in a typical month.
The math for a top performer:
₹30,000 base + ₹3,000 zero-miss + ₹8,000 call targets + ~₹7,500 in renewal bonuses =
₹48,500 in a strong month, ₹5.5L+/year
, with a raise conversation locked in at month 6 if the numbers hold.
An average performer takes home the base. A top performer takes home 60% more. The gap is entirely in your control, because you own the numbers that trigger it. And every renewal bonus is the market confirming your work: a client just voted with their money to keep you.
Who Should NOT Apply
Read this honestly. Any one of these ends the process regardless of skill:
-
You've changed jobs 3 times in 2 years and can't tell a compelling story about why.
-
Your instinct is to badmouth previous employers or clients.
-
Your first questions are about leave policy, working hours, or "flexibility" instead of the role itself.
-
Your writing has AI patterns, or you can't reproduce your sample quality in a live, supervised test.
-
There are typos in your application. If you're careless while trying to impress us, you'll be careless with clients.
-
You can't name a single SaaS company, funding round, or industry development you've followed recently.
-
Your own LinkedIn profile is dead or dormant. You're selling LinkedIn growth; live it or skip this.
-
You get defensive when given feedback.
-
You miss the trial task deadline. Punctuality is a stated KPI here, and missing the very first one is the whole answer.
-
You're cagey about the confidentiality expectations of working inside client accounts.
On that last one, be clear about what you're signing up for:
this role operates inside client LinkedIn accounts. Every word sent is the client speaking. Any rogue activity, from freelancing an unapproved reply to sharing a screenshot of a client's inbox, is grounds for immediate termination regardless of performance. The test is simple: if you'd be uncomfortable explaining an action to the client's face the next morning, it's on the wrong side of the line. Ethics is the one trait no skill compensates for.
