Role Description
The Head of Analytics (Volunteer) is a remote role responsible for leading Cliqly.io’s data analytics function and shaping how data informs business and client decisions. This role oversees the design and implementation of analytics frameworks, manages data pipelines, and ensures accurate reporting and insights across marketing, sales, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding the development of dashboards and visualizations, reviewing analytical models, validating data quality, and translating complex findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders and client teams. The Head of Analytics will collaborate with digital marketing, AI, and operations specialists to optimize campaigns, improve performance measurement, and standardize analytics best practices. This volunteer position is ideal for an experienced analytics leader who wants to contribute strategic expertise in a flexible, remote environment.
Qualifications

Strong analytical background with demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics

Solid foundation in Statistics and Data Science for modeling, forecasting, and experimentation

Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques to build clear, actionable dashboards

Proficiency with common analytics and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)

Experience integrating analytics with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics)

Ability to translate complex data into concise, business-focused insights and recommendations

Prior experience leading analytics teams or initiatives, ideally in digital marketing or SaaS environments
