Head of Technology Center

Reporting to: Head of International Business

Position Overview：
This role serves as the liaison between the domestic main platform and overseas operations. The core responsibility is to drive the reuse of AIGC and product/engineering resources from the core business for overseas operations, without the need to build a technology team from scratch. The candidate will participate in the design of a general business architecture covering dozens of countries, gain exposure to cutting-edge global AI technology trends, and benefit from the growth opportunities of the international business.

Core Responsibilities:
Technical Resource Coordination: Act as a coordinator and challenger of technical resources, driving the prioritization and reuse of main platform technology resources for overseas operations.
Architecture Planning and Design: Plan a horizontal technical architecture that supports multi-country expansion, ensuring technical solutions can sustain the rapid growth of overseas business.
Technical Solution Implementation: Formulate the company's mid-to-long-term technology strategy and architectural evolution roadmap; research cutting-edge technologies such as AI and cloud computing, and assess their feasibility for application in cross-border business scenarios.
Cross-Team Communication and Facilitation: Demonstrate outstanding communication and coordination skills to efficiently drive collaboration between main platform technical teams and overseas business teams.
Technical Standards Establishment: Establish unified technical development standards and specifications, and promote the development of technology and business middle platforms.

Requirements：
Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of R&D work experience.
English proficient as a working language. Proven architectural design capabilities.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently drive cross-team resource coordination.
Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with a background in computer science or a related field.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
