JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Boost sales/ Thúc đẩy doanh số

• Establish an implementation plan
  Lập kế hoạch triển khai

• Manage sales processes
  Quản lý các quy trình bán hàng

• Boost sales of month/ quarter/ year
  Thúc đẩy doanh số theo tháng/ quý/ năm

2. Data management/ Quản trị số liệu

• Reports, analysis, make recommendations: Business index (APT, UPT…), commodity index, new & old customer data, retention rate, conversion rate
  Báo cáo, phân tích, đề xuất: Chỉ số kinh doanh (APT, UPT,…), chỉ số hàng hóa, số liệu khách hàng mới & cũ, chỉ số retention rate, chỉ số conversion rate

3. Operations Management/ Quản lý vận hành

• Manage operating processes: operating standards
  Quản lý các quy trình vận hành: tiêu chuẩn vận hành

• Manage day-to-day operations
  Quản lý các công việc vận hành hàng ngày

• Manage store image (VM)
  Quản lý hình ảnh cửa hàng (VM)

4. Personnel management/ Quản lý nhân sự

• Recruiting, training and developing, motivating employees
  Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển, tạo động lực cho nhân viên

• Manage attendance, shifts, schedule work
  Quản lý chấm công, ca, xếp lịch làm việc

• Evaluate goods at the store/ competitors/ market

JOB REQUIREMENT

• At least 2 years of experience in the supervisor position and in the field of luxury goods business will be an advance
• t nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm vị trí giám sát cửa hàng và trong ngành hàng xa xỉ là một lợi thế

• Priority experience in the field of retail business

  Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong ngành hàng bán lẻ

• Fluent in English & French is a plus

  Thành thạo tiếng anh, tiếng pháp là một lợi thế

• Ability to work under pressure and know how to arrange the assigned work order

  Có khả năng chịu áp lực công việc và biết sắp xếp trình tự công việc được giao

• Work schedule management skill

• Store safety and security supervision skill
