We are looking for Local Japanese with professional English communication skills

Join a growing consulting practice delivering digital transformation, IT strategy, PMO, and technology projects for leading enterprise and financial-services clients across Japan. We are hiring both Consultant and Manager-level professionals to support high-impact business and technology initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Drive digital transformation (DX) and IT strategy initiatives

• Lead or support IT projects from requirements gathering through delivery

• Manage PMO activities, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement

• Evaluate technologies, vendors, and implementation approaches

• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and operational readiness

• Partner with clients to solve complex business and technology challenges

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years' experience in IT consulting, PMO, project management, or digital transformation

✔ Experience delivering technology projects across the full lifecycle

✔ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

✔ Financial services, banking, or regulated industry experience is highly valued

✔ Leadership experience and PMP certification are advantageous

✔ Local Japanese with professional English communication skills
