• Support the Head of the DX Strategy Department in developing NREV DX strategy policy.
• Provide business support to the Head of the DX Strategy Department, including schedule coordination, email management, meeting coordination, preparation of meeting minutes, translation among Vietnamese, English, and Japanese, and document preparation and organization.
• Collaborate with each internal department and the DX Strategy Department at the Japanese headquarters to develop, maintain, and manage NREV IT infrastructure, including networks and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to NREV IT infrastructure, either independently or in cooperation with internal and external vendors.
• Collaborate with internal departments and the DX Strategy Department at the Japanese headquarters to plan, support launches, provide execution support, and manage projects for system development initiatives aimed at business transformation.
• Provide departments with technical knowledge and support related to system development and the use of digital technologies.
• The scope of duties and responsibilities is expected to expand over time.
• Develop, maintain, and manage NREV internal IT infrastructure in collaboration with internal departments and the DX Strategy Department at the Japanese headquarters.
• Troubleshoot issues related to NREV internal IT infrastructure.
• Plan, support launches, and provide execution support for system development utilizing digital technologies.
• Manage projects for system development.
• Provide technical support to each department and support the promotion of DX initiatives.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than 5 years' experience in the IT field.
• Japanese: JLPT N2 level or higher.
• English: Upper-intermediate level.
• Practical experience in system development, including design, programming, and testing.
• Experience in IT project management or project coordination, from planning and requirement definition through implementation.
• Experience working with business users/internal departments to understand business needs and translate them into IT/system solutions.
• Good understanding of internal IT infrastructure, such as PCs, mobile devices, networks, user accounts, and IT systems.
