IT Support

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems) and devices (laptops, PCs, printers, scanners, POS, CCTV, Wi-Fi, etc.) across the Office, Stores, and Warehouse.
• Distribute, set up, and hand over IT equipment on-site, including installation of drivers, Windows, and Office.
• Provide timely IT support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring reliable performance of systems and minimal downtime.
• Handle IT setup for new store projects, including planning and deploying network infrastructure, installing and configuring IT equipment (POS, PCs, printers, scanners, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and other devices), coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring systems are fully operational before store opening.
• Manage IT inventory and asset life cycle.
• Work with the regional IT team on servers, upgrades, and projects.
• Monitor software licenses and ensure timely renewal.
• Implement IT security measures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Propose upgrades and solutions to improve IT systems mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from Information Technology or any related field
• Min 2 years of experience in IT Support (In-house/ Outsourced)
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities effectively.
• Good communication skills, customer-service mindset
• Basic English proficiency (written and spoken), sufficient for work communication.
• Basic knowledge of CCNA
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of PC/laptop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to install Windows, drivers, and standard business applications.
• Familiar with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Willing to travel for on-site IT support when required.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for business trips when required.
• Ability to work regular hours (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM) with flexibility to extend as needed
