Java Technical Lead (Salary Upto $4000)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on Java expertise with technical leadership capabilities, mentoring engineers while driving architecture decisions and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
• Review solution designs and code to ensure quality, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Drive technical discussions, estimations, and architecture reviews.

Solution Development

• Design and develop cloud-native microservices and backend systems.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with security and software engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Java (Java 8/11/17+).
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and API security.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of system design, design patterns, and software architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, finance, insurance, or enterprise platforms.
• AWS/Azure certifications.
• Experience with observability tools such as ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
• Experience managing offshore/onshore teams.
