We are seeking an experienced
Java Technical Lead
to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on Java expertise with technical leadership capabilities, mentoring engineers while driving architecture decisions and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.

Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.

Review solution designs and code to ensure quality, maintainability, performance, and security.

Drive technical discussions, estimations, and architecture reviews.
Solution Development

Design and develop cloud-native microservices and backend systems.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Ensure compliance with security and software engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

7+ years of software development experience.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role.

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
Technical Skills
-
Strong expertise in Java (Java 8/11/17+).

Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.

Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.

Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and API security.

Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

Good understanding of system design, design patterns, and software architecture.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, finance, insurance, or enterprise platforms.

AWS/Azure certifications.

Experience with observability tools such as ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or Datadog.

Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.

Experience managing offshore/onshore teams.
