Job description
Are you ready to unlock success in an accounting career? We are seeking bright and enthusiastic professionals working with us in District 1. The candidates will be working with CPA qualified Accountants in Vietnam and Australia – a highly professional team that embraces a culture of collaboration and innovation to help deliver a high standard of service to our clients. You will gain direct mentoring by assisting the managers and partners in providing the timely completion of a client’s work. This position is full-time and ideally suits candidates who are keen to advance in a public practice environment and intend to further their professional accounting career.
The main duties of this role are:
- Preparation of Income tax returns for all entities in Australia
- Preparation of Business activity statements and Instalment activity statements
- Preparation of standard Financial statements
- Draft correspondence to clients
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
- Other quarterly and annual compliance matters
- Continuous learning of Australian accounting standards and tax laws

Job requirements
How well do you fit this job and rank among other candidates?
Successful applicant must meet the following requirements:
- Have a Bachelor of Business/Commerce degree majoring in accounting
- Prior experience within an Australian business advisory and tax environment is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Australian accounting software packages – Reckon APS, XERO and MYOB is also well regarded
- Positive attitude, ability to work independently and in a team with good interpersonal skills
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and willing to work overtime if required
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
