Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, ambitious Management Trainee - ( https://thoxt.com/watch/wsqvOp/ ) to dive into the core operations, growth, and strategy of our platform. This isn’t a rigid corporate desk job; you will wear multiple hats—rotating through Creator Success, Community Operations, and Product Marketing. If you have a strategic mindset, an obsession with internet culture, and the drive to build operational standards for user-generated content in the post-AI era, this track is for you.

What You'll Do

This is a full-time accelerated program designed to transition high-potential talent into core leadership roles at Thoxt.

1. Cross-Functional Rotations: Spend time across Community Management, Creator Relations, and Product Growth to deeply understand our ecosystem.
2. Creator Success & Scale: Develop and execute initiatives to scout, onboard, and retain high-quality content creators and writers.
3. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user engagement, retention metrics, and content trends to optimize the platform's growth funnel.
4. Product Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to refine our built-in creator tools (like auto-SEO and media-processing) based on user feedback.
5. Operational Excellence: Build and document scalable frameworks for content curation, community moderation, and platform safety.
