Compensation: $1000-$1500+/month depending on experience

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a capable operations assistant to execute the variety of tasks this client has asked us to take on, who is interested in taking a great opportunity in operational execution.

Daily Tasks:

• Assist CEO with high priority tasks
• Be extremely fast to respond and assist where needed

Ideal experience:

• 3+ years working in high pressure environments
• CEO/Executive assistant experience
• Experience with AI and automations
• Understands/is interested in American celebrities and culture

Ideal qualities:

• Fast and excellent under pressure
• Detailed and high standard of quality
• Listens well and responds diligently
• Owns whatever is needed and executes
• Interested in working for a beauty brand with celebrity backing
• Interested in challenge, variety, and improvement

Compensation: $1000-$1500+/month depending on experience.
