RPI eSolutions is a Singapore-based technology services company with 25 years of delivery experience. We build custom software and AI-enabled business solutions for clients across Singapore and international markets, with focus sectors including Manufacturing, Mobility, Healthcare and FMCG.
Step into the centre of live client engagements and technology delivery. This internship offers meaningful exposure to actual customers, active projects and business opportunities—not a back-office shadowing assignment. You will own defined workstreams, coordinate with cross-functional teams across Singapore and India, contribute to proposals for AI and digital solutions, and learn directly from experienced business leaders. It is an ideal launchpad for a career in client success, consulting, project operations or technology solutions.
What you will do
- Coordinate defined workstreams across live client projects and help keep milestones, actions and timelines on track.
- Participate in client discussions and prepare sharp briefs, presentations, action plans and professional communications.
- Research industries and business challenges to develop relevant insights for AI and digital solution opportunities.
- Contribute to real client proposals by translating business and technical inputs into compelling solution narratives.
- Work across Singapore-based client stakeholders and India-based technical teams, while improving project visibility and ways of working.
What we are looking for
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Engineering, Communications or a related field.
- Good written English and confidence organising information clearly.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Interest in AI, technology and solving practical business problems.
- Reliable, curious and willing to ask questions when unsure.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI, CRM or project-management tools.
- Coursework or a portfolio showing research, writing or presentation skills.
