📍 Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Position: Order Processing Manager

Ahmad Tea is looking for an experienced Order Processing Manager to lead our export order processing function and ensure seamless order fulfilment across global markets.

Key Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field

✔ 10–12 years of experience in Order Processing, Supply Chain, or Export Operations within the FMCG or Tea Export Industry

✔ Minimum 4–5 years of team management experience

✔ Strong knowledge of ERP/Navision, export documentation (L/C, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary), shipping, warehousing, inventory, procurement, and planning

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Power BI

✔ Experience in manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end order processing, export documentation, shipment coordination, and customer fulfilment

• Manage and develop the Order Processing team while driving operational excellence

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics teams

• Monitor KPIs, improve processes, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company standards

• Support audits and maintain compliance with ISO, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER, SMETA, and other quality systems.
