RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an OutSystems Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full-stack development, experience working with relational databases, and the ability to design scalable and maintainable applications using OutSystems. This role is customer-facing and requires technical expertise to ensure application performance, maintainability, and governance.

• Assignment Details
• Onsite location: Kuwait
• Expected start date: July 2026
• Assignment duration: Long-term onsite engagement
• Candidates who are available for short-term onsite assignments may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Ensure that applications follow best practices in performance, architecture, and maintainability.
• Work on both front-end and back-end development, integrating various technologies as needed.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure reusability by correctly isolating core services and reducing maintenance costs.
• Identify non-functional requirements, integration needs, and common UI/UX guidelines across all OutSystems applications.
• Conduct technical reviews and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development and deployment.
• Additional Requirements
• Willingness and ability to travel and work onsite in Kuwait.
• Availability for long-term onsite engagement is preferred; however, candidates available for short-term onsite assignments are also encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualification

• Holds an OutSystems Associate/Professional Developer certification.
• Has participated in projects involving workflow approval or business process management (BPM).
• Good debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Experienced in Reactive Web App, Mobile App, integration with REST/SOAP APIs, and data handling.
• Experience working with OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.
• Knows how to write and run unit tests.
• Capable of designing module architecture and writing clear logic.
• Experienced with Offline Sync, Local Storage, and mobile-friendly UI
