About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Performance Lead Manager to drive SEO, Content, Paid Media, and Organic Growth. The ideal candidate will lead integrated marketing strategies, optimize digital performance, and leverage AI-powered workflows to achieve measurable business results.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Develop and execute SEO, Content, and Performance Marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Lead teams across SEO, Content, Social Media, Paid Ads, and Analytics.
• Optimize websites for Google's latest Search updates, including AI Overviews, E-E-A-T, Semantic SEO, Topical Authority, Search Intent, and Core Web Vitals.
• Drive visibility across AI-powered search experiences and organic search.
• Build platform-specific growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Reels, Creator Collaborations, UGC, and Broadcast Channels.
• Collaborate with Paid Media teams to improve lead generation, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity for research, planning, reporting, and workflow optimization while maintaining content quality.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools to deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 2/3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of modern SEO, Google Search updates, AI Search, Meta ecosystem, and marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience with CRO, A/B Testing, Marketing Automation, and CRM tools.
• Google and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
