Project Co-Ordinator (3bsdLZ)

About the Roles

Join our team as a Project Co-ordinator with a security systems supplier, based at Tampines with islandwide work coverage. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM and Saturday, 9AM–1PM), offering a competitive package comprising basic salary, transport allowance, AWS, and variable bonus. The role supports the successful delivery of security system projects through effective coordination with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating the planning and execution of security system projects.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery according to company commitments, client expectations, and project schedules.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project implementation.
• Prepare and update shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Track project progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prioritise multiple tasks and complete assigned work within required deadlines.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Have 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or security systems.
• Preferably proficient in AutoCAD.
• Demonstrate strong organisational, time-management, and communication abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel islandwide when required.

Experience:
