The
Project Management Coordinator (open for Fresher or 1 - 2 years experience)
role is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring that projects/initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with objectives. This position acts as a bridge between stakeholders, manages project information, resolves issues, and supports the team to achieve optimal performance.

Key Requirement: Proficiency in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for tasks such as reading documentation, writing reports, communication, and presentations
Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress

Update, consolidate, and report project status regularly

Identify risks and propose solutions

Manage project documentation and information; draft necessary documents for implementation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure clear communication of business requirements

Prepare meeting schedules, materials, minutes, and handle administrative tasks

Recommend training needs and support personal development
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Economics, Banking, or related fields
Experience
-
Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in project management

Prefer candidates with experience in digital product/service development projects

Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence
