Your background

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

10–15+ years in transformer design or R&D environments

Strong expertise in load losses, eddy currents, and leakage flux

Deep understanding of short-circuit forces and electromechanics

Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., FEM)

Proven success in R&D delivery, problem-solving, and failure analysis
