Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) for review by Fractional CFO.
Process payroll on a fortnightly or monthly basis, including onboarding, terminations, and business-specific templates.
Support the Fractional CFO with timely data and documentation for client meetings and deliverables.
Perform ad hoc bookkeeping and reporting tasks as required across various clients.
Perform financial modelling and forecasting for the clients
Ensure best practices in bookkeeping are followed in line with Australian accounting and tax standards.

Fluent in English, with a CEFR level of B2 or higher
Ability to manage multiple clients and stay organised across deadlines
Comfort using AI tools or capability to learn—we’re always innovating
Qualifications
University degree in Finance and Accounting
Chartered Accountant or CPA registered
Big4 background is a plus
Knowledge of IFRS
Xero Advisor certification (desirable but not required as you can get this accreditation online)
Working Environment & Benefits
4 day work week (we don’t work Fridays)
Guaranteed 13th month paycheck and productivity bonus
100% remote-first team with flexible work hours

Exposure to a wide portfolio of fast-paced, interesting startups
Involvement in internal systems development and tech innovation projects.
Ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience with all moving parts of how to run a business
