Job Description

We are seeking an experienced T echnical Lead – Blockchain Platform with strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Web3/Blockchain technologies, and backend engineering. The ideal candidate will take ownership of technical architecture and development while remaining hands-on with implementation, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Experience with Solana and Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), is highly preferred.

• Lead the technical design and development of backend services and APIs.
• Design and review microservices and blockchain integrations (EVM, Solana).
• Guide the engineering team on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Work with DevOps to deploy and operate applications on Azure Kubernetes.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and support technical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver features on time.
• Improve CI/CD, monitoring, and engineering processes.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript backend development.
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code; Terraform is a plus.
• Hands-on experience integrating with blockchain platforms, including EVM-compatible networks and/or Solana.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, scalability, and high-performance architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, application security, and production operations.
• Strong technical communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with Solana or other EVM-compatible chains.
• Knowledge of Azure services (Function Apps, Container Apps, etc.).
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
