We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive technical excellence across Core, Payments & Marketplace, with a strong focus on AI-first engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Lead backend architecture and technical direction.
• Design scalable systems across payments, marketplace & platform.
• Stay hands-on with architecture, coding, migrations & code reviews.
• Champion AI-assisted development.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with teams across Vietnam & the US.

Requirements

• 5+ years backend experience, 2+ years as Tech Lead.
• Strong distributed systems, API, data modeling & scalability knowledge.
• Experience in 2+ areas: Payments/Fintech, Marketplace, B2B SaaS, AI/LLM.
• Strong English communication.
• Node.js, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, AWS, Docker are a plus.
