We work on behalf of our clients to phone up their leads and book appointments. This means

that you will be calling and messaging on behalf of different practices all across the nation…from the comfort of your home!

✨ Reach out to leads via text, phone, email, and other communication channels and follow our process to schedule appointments.

🎯 Confirm appointments and coordinate with our clients’ front desk staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and seamless client experiences.

📈 Maintain accurate records of appointments, conversions, revenue and follow-up activities in our CRM.

⚙️ Collaborate with our consulting team to optimize appointment-setting strategies and maximize conversion rates.

💬 Gather feedback from clients regarding their scheduling experience and provide insights for continuous improvement.
