Voxa is hiring freelance roles, 8 weeks, fully remote

We are looking for passionate and talented people to build Voxa's biggest moment yet.

Voxa is a pocket coach for voice confidence. Over 2,500 people across 30+ countries have already used us to find their voice. This autumn we go big: a mobile app in both stores, a brand you can feel everywhere, and a launch engine that keeps running.

We have eight weeks to do it, together, if you are up for the exciting challenge?

The roles  (all remote, all freelance)

🎯 Mobile App Owner, 4 days a week

💻 Web App and Website Owner, 3 days a week

📣 Marketing and Community Lead, 3 to 4 days a week

🚀 Growth and Sales, 3 days a week plus commission

📋 Founder Associate, 10 hours a week

The details

Contract: freelance consultant, two months (August 10th- October 10th 2026)

Start date: Monday 10 August 2026

Location: fully remote

Working days:

-Mondays are your fixed working day including our weekly Team Meeting at 12pm (GMT+3). The rest of your week is flexible.

The dates

Applications open Monday 27 July and close on Wednesday 5 August

Interviews 6 to 8 August (unless we find amazing applications earlier)

You do not need a perfect CV. You do need these five:

✔️ Speed. You would rather ship something fast and improve it later. Progress over perfection.

✔️ Communication. You say what is done, what is next, and what is stuck, every week, without being asked. You're also comfortable asking for help, contributing in meetings (and if you're not, you're willing to learn, we are a voice empowerment company after all)

✔️ AI fluency. You use AI tools daily to move faster, not to think less. Humans have the talent, the creativity, the critical thinking and the taste...AI helps us move faster, as our copilot, not replacement.

✔️ Heart. You care that people find their voice and want to work together to help this.
