Woodlands /Contracts Manager ( Construction/ Main Con experience / General Building Project

• Manage full spectrum ofTender process.

• Review contractdocuments.

• Cost, change and claimmanagement.

• Initiate and draftofficial correspondences to stakeholders.

• Participate and/or leadcommercial negotiation.

• Monitor and managerproject budget, contract revenue and cash flow.

Requirements

• Degree in Building,Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years ofrelevant experience is required with at least 2 years in similar positions.
