The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. Job Description:
  • Analyse user pain points, conduct competitor benchmarking, and identify opportunities to enhance the end-to-end post-purchase experience
  • Define and drive product strategies that improve the post-purchase journey for buyers and sellers, balancing user experience, operational efficiency, and business objectives
  • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact product initiatives
  • Understand operational and business workflows to develop tools, platforms, and policy configurations that improve platform effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A master’s degree is advantageous but not required
  • At least 1 year of full-time working experience, excluding internships, in technical product management, technical program management, or analytics-heavy product experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities and data-driven decision-making mindsets
  • Good interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Frequent user of AI tools
