About the Roles

Join a Software Development & Consultancy organization as a Project Manager / IT Project Manager based in Bukit Merah, Central. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, offering a salary package that includes basic salary, transport benefits, and variable bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end projects from kickoff and planning through execution, go-live, and final handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate closely with customers, vendors, internal technical teams, operations teams, and management.
• Align stakeholders on project scope, timelines, changes, risks, and key updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare minutes, monitor follow-ups, and drive timely closure.
• Identify risks at an early stage and escalate issues with clear recommendations and progress updates.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, system setup, testing, training, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Monitor project scope and assist in assessing change requests when requirements evolve.
• Ensure project deliverables are documented, reviewed, accepted, and handed over properly.
• Drive project momentum and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in IT, software, automation, system implementation, infrastructure, or operations projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with project tools such as Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Experience in UAT, training, go-live, hypercare, or support transition will be an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is advantageous but not required.
