JAPANESE PROJECT MANAGER/LEADER

Level: Manager /Leader

• Roles and Skills: Japanese Project Manager/Leader

• Job Overview and Responsibility

• Development of web systems and cell phone applications

• Hearings, negotiations, and coordination (scale, budget, schedule, etc.) with clients (our group companies, etc.)
• Project promotion in accordance with our standard development process
• Documentation and review of design, development, and testing processes
• Project coordination and feedback to local engineers
• Participation in various meetings
• Other tasks requested by superiors

• Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development and management
• Experience in system development using one of the following languages Node.js, React, Javascript, PHP, flutter, etc.
• Experience developing in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader
• Language skills not required

• Nice to have

• Experience working in Vietnam or other overseas countries
• Experience working with offshore companies
• Able to speak English
