Java Tech Lead (AEM or MuleSoft)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop and deliver enterprise applications and integration solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Design scalable system architecture, reusable components, APIs and enterprise integration solutions
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices and enterprise applications with backend systems
• Build AEM components, templates and content management solutions, or develop MuleSoft APIs and integration flows based on business requirements
• Ensure application security, scalability, performance and maintainability following enterprise best practices
• Lead technical design, conduct code reviews and establish development standards
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, production issue resolution and continuous platform improvements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 5-7+ years of software development experience with Java technologies
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in either Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Strong Java development experience with Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful API development
• Experience with enterprise application architecture, microservices and system integration
• Good English communication skills

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies:

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Components, Templates, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JCR, Dispatcher, Content Management
• MuleSoft: Anypoint Platform, Mule Runtime, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, DataWeave, API-led Connectivity, Anypoint Exchange
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with third-party systems and cloud services
• Experience working with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus
• Adobe Experience Manager or MuleSoft certifications are an advantage
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
