Middle Project Manager [ITO Global - Offer 40M]

Job Descriptions

• Manage software projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
• Define project scope, timeline, resources, and delivery plans with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (BA, Developer, QA, UI/UX, Infrastructure) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Work directly with Global clients, maintain clear communication, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Report project status to management and clients on a regular basis.
• Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to continuous process improvement. 

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Experience managing software development projects, preferably for the Global market.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of ownership and ability to work well under pressure.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
