Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the ServiceNow Low Code Application Engine platform. The role will focus on product ownership, demand management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management to deliver business solutions using ServiceNow's low-code capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the platform continues to meet evolving business needs while adhering to enterprise standards and best practices.
Candidate may be based in Singapore or Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
- Own and manage the ServiceNow Low Code Application Engine roadmap, backlog, and delivery priorities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand, prioritize, and translate requirements into platform solutions.
- Drive the adoption of workflow automation and low-code applications across the organization.
- Manage vendors and delivery partners to ensure quality delivery and service performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the Low Code Application Engine platform.
- Ensure solutions comply with DHL architecture, security, and development standards.
- Support governance processes covering demand management, platform standards, and releases.
- Monitor platform performance, adoption, and business value realization.
- Promote best practices, reusability, and continuous improvement across the platform.
- Provide regular updates on roadmap progress, delivery status, risks, and key initiatives.
- Support the ongoing development and maturity of the ServiceNow Low Code Application Engine platform.
Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including experience in product ownership, application management, platform management, or service delivery.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Application Engine, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and low-code application development principles.
- Experience in Product Owner, Application Manager, Platform Manager, or similar roles.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow Low Code Application Engine, workflow automation, and low-code application development.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements prioritization skills.
- Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, particularly using Application Engine/App Engine Studio.
- ServiceNow certification(s).
- Experience in a logistics, supply chain or service management would be an advantage.
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain, shipment lifecycle, exception management, customer service, or operational issue resolution processes.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
