Product Manager - KT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Product Strategy and Vision:
1. Define and execute product vision, mission, and roadmap in collaboration with Product Owner and stakeholders.
2. Identify digital transformation opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
3. Manage product budget, secure funding, and monitor expenditure.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
1. Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in product management or related roles
3. Hands-on experience in full product development lifecycle
Technical Knowledge:
4. Experience in:
- Product Management and IT business analysis
- Application solutioning design and testing
- Modern development practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development
- Data analysis and product analytics
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications , including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch
- Salesforce platform , including experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce , focusing on implementation, configuration, and integration for CRM solutions, process automation (e.g., flows, workflows), and reporting.
5. Knowledge of current product trends, best practices and technologies
Professional Certifications (Advantageous):
6. Project Management Professional certification (PMP), Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
7. Experience in Government projects and vendor management
Experience (Advantageous):
- Experience with AI-enabled customer service capabilities such as conversational AI, Agent Assist or chatbots.
Looking for :
1x Product Manager with Salesforce experience (preferably Service Cloud)
1x Product Manager with Amazon Connect knowledge and experience . Full hands-on implementation experience is not mandatory, but candidates should have a good understanding of Amazon Connect services, architecture, capabilities, and integration concepts.
Experience with AI / Agentic Voicebot solutions will be an added advantage.
