Looking for a highly proactive and independent Product Owner to support AIZEN's expansion and product operations in Vietnam.
This role will serve as the primary bridge between Vietnam stakeholders and AIZEN's Product Team in Indonesia. The Product Owner will be responsible for understanding business needs, identifying market opportunities, gathering user insights, and translating requirements into clear product specifications for development teams.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across business, operations, technology, and external partners, with excellent communication skills in English and strong product ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Discovery & Requirement Gathering
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders, partners, and users
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify pain points and opportunities within the Vietnam market
- Validate assumptions through user interviews (research), observations, and data analysis
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Product Planning & Coordination
- Work closely with the Indonesia Product Team to define priorities and roadmap initiatives
- Facilitate communication between Vietnam and Indonesia teams
- Clarify requirements and provide context throughout the development lifecycle
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and product rollout and Go-to-market activities
- Monitor feature adoption and gather post-launch feedback
- Business & Market Support
- Support new business model development and market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and partner teams
- Identify local market trends and regulatory considerations
- Ensure product solutions align with Vietnam customer needs
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles
- Strong ability to translate business problems into product requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Professional English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
- Experience conducting market research and customer discovery
- Experience launching or supporting digital products
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies
Big plus
- Experience in mobility, vehicle financing, leasing, rental, automotive, EV, fleet management, logistics, or transportation industries
- Experience working with regional or international teams
Working Hours
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Pay: 35,000,000₫ - 50,000,000₫ per month
