• Manage projects in Vietnam from NPI to Mass Production, acting as the internal project coordinator at the Vietnam plant.
• Perform cross-border project management responsibilities, overseeing and controlling the overall project schedule and progress.
• Monitor and manage project timelines of local suppliers surrounding the Vietnam plant.
• Lead customer audits and factory evaluations conducted in Vietnam.
• Coordinate and facilitate customer visits to Vietnam.
• Manage handover processes and logistics operations during the mass production phase.
• Collect product, market, customer expansion strategies, and new technology information from clients to support internal decision-making.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Male/Female, under 45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• At least 4–5 years of experience in project management for electronics manufacturing plants, covering the process from NPI to Mass Production.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Strong experience in project coordination and timeline management.
