Project Manager

• Responsible for the overall management of construction projects from initial planning and construction to completion.
• Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, and resource allocation.
• Supervise daily on-site construction work to ensure the project proceeds according to drawings, contracts, and construction plans.
• Responsible for project schedule, cost, quality, and safety management.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and on-site construction teams.
• Hold regular project meetings to follow up on construction progress and on-site issues.
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and relevant government departments.
• Review construction drawings, engineering documents, technical data, and project reports.
• Supervise the use of materials, manpower, and equipment, and control project costs.
• Follow up on project budgets, variation orders, project schedules, and payment matters.
• Handle technical, contractual, and coordination issues on the construction site promptly.
• Ensure the project complies with relevant Singapore building codes, quality, and safety requirements.
• Report project progress, costs, and potential risks to management regularly.
• Responsible for the management, guidance, and work allocation of the project team.
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

Pay: $3,511.52 - $10,614.77 per month
