- Responsible for the overall management of construction projects from initial planning and construction to completion.
- Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, and resource allocation.
- Supervise daily on-site construction work to ensure the project proceeds according to drawings, contracts, and construction plans.
- Responsible for project schedule, cost, quality, and safety management.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and on-site construction teams.
- Hold regular project meetings to follow up on construction progress and on-site issues.
- Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and relevant government departments.
- Review construction drawings, engineering documents, technical data, and project reports.
- Supervise the use of materials, manpower, and equipment, and control project costs.
- Follow up on project budgets, variation orders, project schedules, and payment matters.
- Handle technical, contractual, and coordination issues on the construction site promptly.
- Ensure the project complies with relevant Singapore building codes, quality, and safety requirements.
- Report project progress, costs, and potential risks to management regularly.
- Responsible for the management, guidance, and work allocation of the project team.
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
Pay: $3,511.52 - $10,614.77 per month
