About the Roles

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Jurong and island-wide locations. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm; Saturday, 8am–12pm). The role offers a competitive salary of up to $9,000, along with additional allowances and a variable bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in the construction sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage construction projects to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Supervise and guide a team of technical and professional staff in daily site operations.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Track project progress regularly and facilitate status meetings with stakeholders to address issues and updates.
• Ensure project execution aligns with requirements, including handling projects involving DSTA where applicable.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Familiarity with DSTA-related projects will be advantageous.
• Ability to report directly to the Project Director and manage responsibilities independently.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
