• Create and oversee project plans and schedules.
• Drive team members to achieve release goals.
• Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope.
• Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, timeline.
• Take lead on quality control issues.
• Maintain issues and risks log.
• Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
• Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners.
• Maintain process documentation.
• Other tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 3+ years of experience in software project management (preferably Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech projects).
• Experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Good English reading and technical writing skills.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge or experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, DApps, NFT, or DeFi.
