JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 (Based on Experience)
Location: Boon Lay
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monthly Rest Days: 6
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain project documentation in compliance with ISO standards
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations
- Manage subcontractor performance and project resources effectively
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or Professional qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Experience in MRT or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Strong leadership, project planning, and team management skills
- Able to communicate fluently in English for project coordination and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of ISO documentation and Singapore workplace safety standards
- Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
