Job Description

Role Summary:
The Merchandising Executive supports the retail business by developing and executing effective merchandising strategies, analysing sales and product performance, managing product assortment and inventory, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product assortment and merchandising activities to support sales performance.
• Analyse sales, inventory, and product-performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor product sell-through, stock levels, and inventory performance.
• Prepare regular merchandising reports and provide insights to management.
• Coordinate with Buying, Retail, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Support merchandising strategies based on customer preferences and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory turnover, and overall commercial performance.
• Ensure merchandising activities are completed accurately and according to business timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant retail merchandising experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strategic and results-oriented mindset.
• Good understanding of retail, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
