Project Manager - Digital Product Delivery

What you’ll do

• Own and coordinate the integrated project plan, milestones, risks and dependencies
• Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retros
• Partner closely with Product Manager & Product Owner on delivery, readiness and adoption
• Manage vendors, governance reporting, decision papers and stakeholder updates
• Lead SIT, UAT, ORT and cybersecurity assessments
• Support cutover, launch, defect triage and post-launch stabilisation
• Track budgets, procurement, contracts and payment milestones

What we’re looking for

• Experience delivering digital systems or products end-to-end
• Strong coordination of risks, issues, dependencies, vendors and budgets
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Highly meticulous, organised and tenacious
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight timelines
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma is a plus
• Scrum Master / Product Owner / BA certifications are an advantage
• Degree/diploma in CS, IS, PM or related fields preferred
• Government / public-sector project experience is a strong bonus
