The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who can keep projects moving from brief to final delivery.

You will be the key link between clients and our creative team , ensuring that briefs are clear, timelines are managed, artwork is properly curated, and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, objectives and feedback
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients
• Clarify feedback and translate client requirements into clear action points
• Manage client expectations, timelines and deliverables
• Build strong and professional client relationships

Creative Project Management

• Develop clear creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers and social media teams
• Coordinate projects from initial concept to final delivery
• Review and curate artwork before presenting to clients
• Ensure all creative work follows the client's brand direction
• Consolidate client feedback and coordinate revisions

Timeline & Workflow Management

• Create and manage project timelines
• Coordinate internal resources and assign tasks
• Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met
• Identify potential delays or issues early and resolve them proactively
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

Content & Campaign Projects

• Coordinate photoshoots and videography sessions
• Assist in planning social media campaigns and content calendars
• Coordinate branding, packaging, menu and marketing projects
• Ensure all deliverables are completed according to the approved brief

Quality Control

• Review work before it goes to the client
• Check for spelling, formatting, brand consistency and accuracy
• Ensure the final output meets Co Enterprise's quality standards
• Provide constructive feedback to the creative team when necessary

• Has strong project management and organisational skills
• Is confident communicating with clients
• Has good attention to detail
• Can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Is proactive and able to solve problems independently
• Can communicate clearly with both clients and creative teams
• Has a good eye for design and understands basic branding principles
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Experience & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Design or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, account management, marketing or creative agencies preferred
• Experience managing F&B clients is an advantage
• Familiarity with social media, branding, photography and digital marketing is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
