About the Roles

Join an Engineering/Construction organization as a Project Manager (M&E - ACMV) based in Sungei Kadut. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a basic salary with variable bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage mechanical air-conditioning and ventilation system projects for residential and commercial buildings.
• Oversee project progress to ensure requirements, timelines, and site expectations are met.
• Lead project teams effectively while adapting to changing project needs.
• Coordinate with team members, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
• Work independently with initiative while managing pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
• Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of mechanical air-conditioning and ventilation system design and installation for residential and commercial buildings.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Singapore, with proven results.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Class 3 driving license is preferred.
