Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects related to testing services for our clients. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and has a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress updates and ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to project specifications
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the software testing domain
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- PMP certification (preferred).
